1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro cities: 2–5 business days
Non-metro areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to location or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected locations.
Aambri reserves the right to enable or disable COD for specific orders or pin codes.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Returns

Since our products are food items (atta, cold-pressed oils, and grains), returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged during transit
An incorrect product was delivered

You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

6. Refunds

If your request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
It may take 5–7 working days

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
